What we collect

Your account email, business details (studio name, location, contact info you publish), gallery images you upload, blog posts you write, and basic site analytics (page views, referrers — no individual tracking across sites).

How we use it

To run your website, list you in the network directory, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, billing), and send the occasional newsletter you can opt out of any time.

You own your content

Every photo, post, and customer record you put into TattooNOW is yours. Cancel any time and we export the lot.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you logged in. An audience preference cookie remembers whether you opted into the artist or collector view of the homepage. No third-party tracking, no advertising cookies.

Data rights

EU/CCPA residents (and everyone else) can request a copy of all data we hold, ask us to correct it, or delete the account entirely. Email gabe@tattoonow.com from the address on file and we reply within one business day.

Subprocessors

Hosting on Railway, database on Supabase, image CDN on R2 (Cloudflare), email via standard transactional providers. Payment processing via Stripe — we never see card numbers.
